Requirements for an acceptable  purchase:

1. Valid payment method must be submitted along with the order.
2. If the payment is unable to be processed, the purchase will be considered null and void.
3. If the account information provided for payment has insufficient funds, an additional $30.00 will be charged to your renewed payment information.
4. The buyer holds the responsibility of keeping payment information current and up to date.

Entry purchase:

1. All fees paid towards admissions are non-refundable. Entries / Casting Call / Contest registrations that are cancelled by the payee will be considered at-fault, and will be charged.

Merchandise purchase:

1. All merchandise must be paid for in full prior to shipping out the order.
   1. The following payment methods are considered acceptable:
      1. Credit cards: Discover, Visa, American Express, MasterCard
2. Shipping confirmations will be sent out to you through email and/or text, as per your preference.
   1. Orders will be processed the next business day after your payment is received
   2. Items in-stock will be shipped between 5-14 days after payment is received
   3. Special order items will be shipped within six weeks after payment is received
   4. The shipping method will always be USPS, and only within the United States
3. All merchandise purchases are considered non-refundable and non-returnable.
   1. In order to exchange a product, though, one of the following conditions must apply:
      1. The product arrived damaged (i.e., ripped, torn, broken, etc.)
         1. A picture, or similar proof, must be provided in order for an exchange to be acknowledged
      2. In apparel, the fit is not correct
         1. Item must be received back in the same condition as they were shipped in for an exchange to be acknowledged
   2. All shipping charges associated with an exchange will be handled by the customer. iN Education will not be held liable for any associated costs.
